Conditions

I. Scope:

The registration means a binding reservation of a seminar place.
The seminar registration is binding and requires payment of the seminar fee on account (around four weeks before the start of the seminar).
The participant accepts the present GTC of lerniversum.
As a result, the terms and conditions apply to all seminar registrations, especially those by post, fax, e-mail and electronically using the web form (lerniversum).
Deviating, conflicting or supplementary general terms and conditions, even if they are known, are not part of the contract, unless their validity is expressly agreed in writing. Cancellations and changes must be made in writing.

II. Payment:

The participation fees are to be transferred immediately after receipt of the invoice, but no later than two weeks after receipt of the invoice without deduction. The invoice amount is to be transferred to the following account: Katrin Riederer (9691820600), bank: PSD Bank Nürnberg eG (BLZ: 76090900).
Participation in a seminar is only possible if the entire invoice amount has been paid before the start of the seminar.
The participation costs only include the seminar script, drinks and a small snack, under no circumstances travel and accommodation costs or costs that arise from lost work.

III. Seminar content and implementation:

lerniversum reserves the right to cancel the event at short notice or to postpone it to another alternative date as soon as there is an important reason such as not reaching the minimum number of participants two weeks before the start of the seminar, force majeure (accident, illness or other circumstances for which the lecturer is not responsible) . In this case, the seminar fees already paid will be reimbursed. Further claims are excluded.
The content design is at the discretion of the lecturer and is carried out according to the seminar description.
There is no entitlement to a specific speaker, so changing the lecturer does not entitle you to withdraw or to reduce the seminar price.
Participation in the seminars only temporarily does not entitle the participant to a price reduction. If a participant arrives too late for the seminar, not all advanced training points can be recognized.
At the end of the seminar, a certificate of attendance with the necessary information will be handed out.

IV. Cancellation / withdrawal by the participant:

The participant can cancel the booked seminar at any time before the invoice is sent (postmark). Overlaps are at the expense of the participant. After that, the full participation fee is due.
The participant has the opportunity to name a replacement on the day the event begins, provided that this person also fulfills the advertised participation requirements.
Rebooking of participants to another date is only possible after prior consultation with lerniversum. A processing fee of EUR 25.00 of the seminar fee is due.

V. Liability:

Liability for gross negligence and intent is excluded.
In the case of slightly negligent breaches of duty, our liability is limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical, direct average damage. This also applies to slightly negligent breaches of duty by our legal representatives or vicarious agents. lerniversum is not liable for other cases of slightly negligent behavior.
Every participant in our seminars declares with the registration that he / she can and wants to act independently, is adequately insured and releases the organizer, the speakers and the landlord from any liability claims.

VI. Data and copyright protection:

By registering, the participant expressly agrees to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of organizing the seminar as well as to the sending of later information in connection with vocational training (also includes the sending of an email newsletter).
The content of the seminar and all documents provided to the participant represent intellectual property. No image or sound recordings are permitted during the seminars.

VII. Place of performance and mediation clause:

The place of performance is Munich.
In the event of all disputes arising from this contract, including with regard to its effectiveness, the contractual partners will first negotiate an agreement with one another.
If the parties do not manage to resolve their differences of opinion within 30 days of the start of the negotiations, they will conduct mediation. The same applies if the negotiations have not commenced within 14 days of receiving a request from one of the parties to amicable negotiations.
If the participants do not reach a mediation result, each participant can initiate legal proceedings (place of jurisdiction: Munich).

VIII. Right of withdrawal for consumers:

The participant as a consumer can revoke the registration in writing within two weeks without giving reasons. There is an exception if the participant is an entrepreneur or self-employed and has registered as part of your professional activity. The withdrawal period begins with the receipt of this instruction.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the seminar begins before the withdrawal period has expired. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send the cancellation notice in good time to the following address: lerniversum, Katrin Riederer, Schleißheimer Straße 106, 80797 Munich.
